The games are free, with nothing to buy and no account to make. We may change, add or remove games and features at any time.
What's ours, and what you can do with it
The games, their levels, art, characters (Professor Wacky included), sounds and code belong to Daniel Noam Tuby. You are welcome to play, to share links, and to share screenshots and videos of your play, including on video and streaming sites. Please don't copy, re-host or sell the games or their art without asking. The open-source parts are under their own licenses, listed on the Licenses page.
Puzzles you make
Puzzles and machines you build are yours. When you share one, anyone with the link can play it. Keep names, goals and hints friendly: nothing hurtful, unlawful or personal.
Play fair with the site
Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site, or use it to harm anyone.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the games fun and reliable, but they are provided as they are, without any guarantee that they will always be available or free of mistakes. Your progress is saved only in your browser, so it can be lost if the browser's data is cleared.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that can't be waived.
Children
The games are made for families. Parents and guardians, please help younger children use the site.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel decide any dispute. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protection your own country's law gives you.
